Group holds rally in support of Tim Ryan co-sponsoring PRO Act

Members of the Worker Power Coalition in Ohio held a rally on Tuesday, Sept. 7 in Warren to show appreciation for Valley Congressman, Tim Ryan co-sponsoring the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act. 

According to a poll released in June, Ohioans overwhelmingly agreed with Ryan on the need for laws strengthening workers' abilities to form unions and wanted to see the PRO Act pass.

The bill has 212 other co-sponsors, including Ohio Senator, Sherrod Brown. The bill's goal is to expand labor protection and employees' rights to organize within the workplace.
