Members of Local 4371 Ratify a New Agreement at MGH

 

Workers at Marion General Hospital ratified a new 2 year agreement last week.   - 2.5%, 2.5% wage increase at all steps and the torp - Retirement plan is now part of the contract - Upgraded the Hostess positions - Retained overtime language (after 8 hours daily) - Retained free dental for employees - Retained ESL and TAP Congratulations to the Local, the bargaining team and the membership!
