On Friday, September 23, 2016, your CWA Bargaining Committee met in multiple negotiation sessions with the Company Committee.  During the afternoon bargaining session the Company Committee presented the Union Committee with what it described as their “final offer.” 

The “final offer” was a comprehensive bargaining package that included wage treatment, benefits and work rules.  The Union Bargaining Committee studied the company proposal and continued to bargain through the day into the evening with the Company.  There are still a number of items that need to be resolved.  Negotiations between the two Committees resumed on Saturday morning.
