Fighting Today…Focused on the Future!
Yesterday, the Union and the Company met, and tentative agreements were reached on Appendix B2 (Regarding Service Technician, etc.), Appendix G (SBC Global Services Main MOA), and numerous articles around economic protection and scheduling of time off.
The Customer Operations Specialist committee met and reached tentative agreements on Attachments 1-5 and a letter regarding the Wellness Program.
The Committee continued to analyze data on the Savings and Security Plans to determine the best course of action to take in our next proposal.
Tentative agreements were reached late last night on several items, including, Article 12 (Problem Resolution Procedures), Article 15 (Job Classifications and Promotions), Appendix A17 (Guaranteed Personal Time Off), Appendix A30 (Additional Displacement Opportunities), Appendix B2 (Regarding Service Technicians, etc.) and a letter regarding VSIPP Opt Out.
The Committee would like to thank Local 4322 for the specially stocked first aid packages and Local 4009 for the CWA glasses.
The Union Committee has been meeting at the table again today.
