Bargaining Report Covid- 19 vaccine mandate - Frontier

Frontier has notified CWA that they determined that it is necessary to apply its Covid-19 vaccine mandate to all of its employees, including the unionized workforce, to assure they will be in full compliance with the federal mandate applicable to federal contractors. 

CWA requested to bargain over the impact that the mandate may have on our members.

We met with Frontier on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021 to open these discussions.

We requested information related to the mandate, including the process for submitting proof of vaccination, the process for requesting an accommodation for medical, religious or other legally recognized basis.

We will continue to meet with Frontier and will keep you posted regarding any developments.
