What do you give a man who has everything?

Sometimes you find yourself trying to come up with that perfect gift when a friend or family member has a birthday approaching.  It can be difficult.  It can be even more difficult if that person is incredibly wealthy.  Often the best gift you can give is simply to remind that person how you feel.
