Update on CWA/AT&T Vaccination Mandate Negotiations

CWA's Bargaining Team and AT&T met late last week to begin negotiations around AT&T's proposed COVID-19 vaccine mandate.  After reviewing the Company's proposal, CWA requested detailed data from the Company surrounding the proposal including the reasons for the mandate and how the Company intends to administer it.  The Company has provided a partial response and it is expected that the rest of the information will be made available to our bargaining team in the coming days.  

CWA's legal department is also in consultation with the bargaining team regarding the impact of the recently announced federal requirements.
