CWA/University of Akron Bargaining Update 10/29

CWA and the University met today to discuss more proposals. We are narrowing down the open articles and beginning discussions around financial matters and healthcare.  We have been presented proposals from the University on Healthcare and Wages specific to the SBU unit and the CWA Bargaining Team is doing a deep-dive analysis into these proposals. Our next meeting is scheduled for 11/9 so please check back then for our next update.
