University of Akron Bargaining Update 6/10/2020

During the June 9th bargaining session with the University of Akron your CWA Local 4302 representatives expressed a willingness to work with the University during this temporary crisis. CWA is not willing to agree to radical changes in either of our Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) based on a short-term situation. Because we do not have enough relevant data, we are unable to have any meaningful discussions. The University has agreed to supply the needed information, but will not have it for a couple more weeks.
