π¨π’ CWA/AT&T Midwest Bargaining Report #1 π’π¨
January 13, 2026
Your Union bargaining committee met with the Company yesterday and today at the main table. Upon the first day meeting at the table it appears that AT&T is more open to meaningful dialogue with the Bargaining Team. While we are initially optimistic, we remain committed to reach a fair agreement for our members and their families. Your demands are our priorities!
The Company proposed a modernization of our healthcare plans in a comprehensive proposal that has raised many questions from the bargaining team. We are currently analyzing and assessing the long-term viability of this plan for the members. Additionally the Company passed proposals on Article 26 and MOA A29.
Your Bargaining team passed proposals on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Contracting out of work, Employment Security, and Article 18 (Treatment of Time Not Worked).
We are committed to focusing on your issues within the coming weeks of early bargaining.
STAND UPβ¦BE PROUDβ¦BE LOUD!
In Solidarity,
Your CWA District 4 Bargaining Team
