Fighting Today…Focused on the Future!
The Union passed multiple proposals today, including, Article 5 (No Strike), Article 15 (Job Classifications and Promotions), Article 22 (Excused Work Days), Appendix A16 (Benefits), letters regarding Recall Procedures, VSIPP Opt-Out, and a Memorandum on Stabilized Employment.
The benefits subcommittee spent a good portion of the day working on another counter proposal to keep our high-quality health care through the term of the next contract.
Tentative agreements were reached on Article 7 (Union Deductions from Wages) and Article 5 (No Strike).
This evening AT$T passed proposals on Article 12 (Problem Resolution Procedures), Article 16 (Benefits), Article 16 (Benefits), Appendix G and Appendix A13 (Monitoring).
