CWA Local 4371 Prepares for Bargaining with MGH on the Heels of an Election Win
Members of Local 4371 at Marion General Hospital prepare for bargaining after recently fighting off a decert election and vicious anti-union campaign.
Members did not buy into the rhetoric from Ohio Health Care (MGH's parent company) and fought for their Union. With that situation now behind them, a newly energized bargaining committee will be heading to the table on March 8th.
Good luck to the Local and the Bargaining Team.
