Former CWA Local President Named Woman of the Year

CWA Local 9404 President (Ret.) Carol Whichard, a long-time labor and women’s rights advocate, was named Woman of the Year for California’s 3rd Senate District last week. Whichard is the founder of the Unity League in Napa County. Senator Christopher Cabaldon nominated Whichard and also presented her the award upon winning.
