Weβre proud to share that our new collective bargaining agreement has been ratified unanimously with 16 YES votes, 0 NO votes, and 89 percent participation. The contract takes effect on August 3, 2025.
Key wins include:
β’ 10 percent guaranteed raises over two years (up to 15 percent with merit or promotion)
β’ Quarterly bonuses and faster promotion timelines
β’ Strong job security and an end to at will employment
β’ Limits on crunch and non QA work
β’ Enforceable protections for disability, AI use, and contractors
β’ Option for a four day work week (with approval)
β’ Binding arbitration, mentorships, and no benefit concessions
This is a major step forward, achieved through solidarity and collective action.
