We’re proud to share that our new collective bargaining agreement has been ratified unanimously with 16 YES votes, 0 NO votes, and 89 percent participation. The contract takes effect on August 3, 2025.

Key wins include:

• 10 percent guaranteed raises over two years (up to 15 percent with merit or promotion)
• Quarterly bonuses and faster promotion timelines
• Strong job security and an end to at will employment
• Limits on crunch and non QA work
• Enforceable protections for disability, AI use, and contractors
• Option for a four day work week (with approval)
• Binding arbitration, mentorships, and no benefit concessions

This is a major step forward, achieved through solidarity and collective action.
