Sick Leave Conversion

Sick Leave Conversion at OSU is open now through February 25, 2023. Make sure you complete you conversion on time! Instructions on how to complete the conversion are below. Please note that you must have at least 100 hours of ill time to participate. If you have additional questions, please see your steward or contact the hall.

                   

SICK LEAVE CONVERSION

 

  • Log into Workday
  • Click the ABSENCE application
  • Click REQUEST ABSCENSE
  • Click on the ABSENCE calendar page and click a day within the open period you wish to start the conversion
  • Click REQUEST ABSENCE at the bottom of the screen
  • Click the absence type window and type SICK TO VACATION CONVERSION (You will only be able to select this option if you are eligible)
  • Can also be found by clicking the OTHER selection
  • Click NEXT
  • Click the EDIT QUANTITY PER DAY button to specify the total number of hours you want to convert

Click DONE when complete
