CWA/CenturyLink Wisconsin Bargaining Report #1

The Local and Company started negotiations Monday the 13th. A partial list of proposals was handed over to the Company from the Local. The Company gave us all of their proposals. Wages will not be discussed until later in negotiations. Currently, the Company is trying to change the 401k, remove TPA, and continue with removing our Sickness Disability Benifits start April 1st. This is only the three days of negotiations so we have a lot of time.
