The Michigan Anti Offshoring Accountability Act is bipartisan legislation designed to hold companies accountable when they accept public support and then move jobs overseas.

We thank Representative James DeSana and Representative Amos O'Neal for co-introducing this legislation and showing what it looks like to move beyond party lines and focus on what Michigan constituents actually want: good jobs kept in America for our workers.

Michigan taxpayers should not be subsidizing the loss of Michigan jobs. That is a principle Republicans, Democrats, independents, and working people across our state can get behind.
