CWA/SMHA Bargaining Update

The CWA Bargaining Team has been meeting regularly with the SMHA team over the past few weeks to discuss the needs of our members and to negotiate a new contract.  Each team has submitted initial proposals and we have reached agreement on many items.

Now that the parties have a better idea of each other's priorities and positions, we will be working through the remaining items over the coming days.  Our next meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, April 18th and we will add updates here as things move forward.

Our Bargaining Team consists of  Stewards Keith Anderson, Bruce Kridler, David Slentz, Chief Steward Bill Yoho, Local 4302 Vice President Sheila Ballway, and Local 4302 President Joe Snyder.
