CWA District 4/DirecTV Midwest Bargaining Report #2

In the past number of days the Union presented the Company with proposals on Wages, Relief Differential, Contracting and Scheduling, Holidays, Personal Time Off and a number of others. The Company presented a number of proposals, including Benefits, Staffing, Grievance Procedure, and Definitions.
The CWA committee is reviewing the company’s proposals looking for areas of agreement and disagreement. DirecTV also responded to a number of CWA data requests that we are reviewing in order to address some of the pending proposals.
This committee is continuing to fight for a fair agreement that addresses the issues that were identified in the member surveys that would provide CWA members the wages, working conditions and benefits we deserve.
