CWA/Frontier reach a Tentative Agreement
Your Bargaining Committee has reached a Tentative Agreement securing a 4 year contract. The Committee feels we have kept the integrity of our contract in place, which was a number 1 priority as members had expressed through the bargaining surveys. We fought them on many retrogressive proposals which would have affected 401k, Compensated Availability, Short Term Disability, Night Premium and Sunday Premium. A contract explanation meeting for all Local Presidents is planned tentatively for February 22, 2017. The District will send out all details. Local Presidents will have explanation meetings with their members within 2 weeks after the Presidents meeting. The District will mail ballots to each member's home on March 10, 2017.Please make sure your address is updated with the Company. If you are not sure, please contact your Local. In Solidarity!!Steve, Eric, Debbie, Katie, Dick, Kevin, Shannon and Hetty
