Defend Ohio Democracy | Prepare to Vote NO on Issue 1
Dear Union Family,
Freedom in Ohio is under attack. We are facing a critical threat to the sacred principle of one person, one vote that our state has held dear for 111 years. The Issue 1 vote seeks to strip that away, removing majority rule from Ohioans. It's up to us to stand united and protect the freedom we hold dear.
I'm writing today to encourage you to prepare for this crucial vote. You can find all the information you need on how to ensure your voice is heard in August by clicking on the following links:
EARLY IN PERSON VOTING HOURS AT COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS
Ohioans have enjoyed the freedom to express their will through the democratic process for over a century. Voting NO on Issue 1 will ensure that the freedom we treasure is preserved for future generations. As union members, we understand the power of unity and collective action. By coming together and speaking out against Issue 1, we can send a strong message that we will not stand idly by while our democratic rights are undermined.
Remember, our ability to shape the future of Ohio is in our hands. Let us rise to the occasion and protect the democratic principles that have always guided our state. By voting NO on Issue 1, we defend our rights, preserve majority rule, and secure a brighter future for all Ohioans.
